Spanish Spinach

Spanish Spinach

1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup golden raisins
2 garlic cloves, crushed
salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Sauté spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Makes 4 servings.
