I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Oven Ham and Cheese Omelet

Oven Ham and Cheese Omelet


16 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup fully cooked ham, diced
6 green onions, chopped
In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk.  Stir in the cheese, ham and onions.
Pour this mixture into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
Bake, uncovered in a preheated 350º F., oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until
a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
Serves:  12. Enjoy.
