Stuffed Manicotti
12 manicotti shells
1 pkg. Chopped, frozen spinach
12 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. Ground sausage
1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
Grated jack cheese
Brown sausage with onion. Add drained spinach and ricotta cheese.
Stuff in uncooked shells. Place in a 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over
Shells. Bake, covered with foil, 50 minutes at 350. Remove, sprinkle
