- 1 pound chicken, cooked
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 0.25 cup water
- 15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup frozen corn with bell peppers
Directions:
Mix cooked chicken, taco seasoning, water, beans, and corn. Serve as is, over hot cooked rice, or in flour tortillas with shredded cheese and sour cream as a hearty chicken taco filling.**Note: In the photo above, I cooked the chicken breasts in a little oil in a hot skillet, then added the taco seasoning, water, beans, and corn before serving over hot brown rice.
