Scalloped Corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained1 can creamed corn
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter (4 T), melted
1 T sugar
salt and pepper
1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz is best)
paprika
Mix together everything but the paprika. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika (lightly). Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 F.
