Ranch-Style Family Pie
1 lb lean ground beef
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 (4 oz) c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c sour cream
1/2 c prepared creamy ranch style salad dressing
1 c milk
1 egg
2 c buttermilk baking mix
2 green onions, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Cook the beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until
no longer pink, stirring to break up.
Spoon into prepared dish.
Top with tomatoes and broccoli.
Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
Combine the cheese, sour cream, and dressing in a small bowl.
Spread over broccoli.
Whisk together milk, egg, baking mix and onions,
Pour over contents of baking dish.
Bake 25-30 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.
