Elegant Scalloped Corn
2 16 oz cans cream styled corn
1/2 cup
frozen corn kernels
2 cups
cracker meal
2/3 cups
diced celery
1/2 cup
diced onion
1 1/2 cups
cubed Velveeta Cheese
4 eggs,
beaten
4 Tbsp
melted butter
2 cups milk
(When I'm feeling naughty, I use Half and Half!! YUMMY)
Combine all
ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350
for 1 hour or until center is set.
