I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette Corn Topper

Summer corn gets even better with a squeeze of tangy lemon and a
sprinkle of fresh basil.

1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Whisk lemon juice, oil and basil in a small bowl. Season with salt and
pepper. Brush over hot corn. Makes
enough for 4 medium ears
