Low Fat 4 Vegetable Relish

Low Fat 4 Vegetable Relish

Great with a southern supper of beans and cornbread

3 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped
1/4 cup onions, grated
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients.
Chill 1/2 hour before serving.
