I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

VINEGAR PIE

VINEGAR PIE
 
1 egg
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 baked pie shell
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water


Mix sugar and flour together. Add boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Add beaten egg.
Cook two minutes. Add lemon and vinegar. Put in pie shell. Cool.
