Juiciest Hamburgers Ever
2 pounds ground beef
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, and garlic.
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, and season with cayenne pepper.
Form the mixture into 6 hamburger patties.
Place patties on the prepared grill, and cook 3 to 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
Makes 6 Hamburgers
