Deviled Ham Spread
Place
1 cup cubed ham,
2 1-inch lengths celery,
3 tablespoons mayonnaise,
1 to 2 tablespoons well-drained pickle relish,
1 tablespoon chili sauce,
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard,
few drops hot pepper sauce
in a food processor bowl fitted with the metal blade. Cover and process until blended, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 cup.
