Kraut Slaw
27 oz sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c diced celery
1 c diced green pepper
1 c diced onion
1 carrot, shredded
1 c sugar
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/2 c cider vinegar
Heat sugar, oil and vinegar to
dissolve sugar.
Pour over vegetables and mix thoroughly.
