I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

SMOKED TURKEY SALAD


SMOKED TURKEY SALAD



12, oz. (2½ cups) smoked turkey breast, cut in 1x¼" strips

4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut in 1x¼" strips

1 cup seedless red grapes, halved

3/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Dressing:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sour cream

1-2 tbsps. milk

salt and pepper to taste



Combine all salad ingredients. In a small bowl, blend all dressing ingredients.

Pour dressing on salad. Mix

well and refrigerate.
