Tomato Pie
For Crust:
2 cups of biscuit mix
1/2 cup of milk
Mix and press into pie plate
Filling:
3 large, red tomatoes, peeled and sliced in cup of
green onions
1/2 cup of bell pepper
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1 pound of bacon, crispy and chopped
Topping:
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of grated cheese
Mix together onions, bell peppers, then tomatoes
and 1/2 cup of grated cheese and 1/2 of bacon. Then mix mayonnaise, grated
cheese and rest of bacon together and put on top. Bake for 30 minutes in 375F
oven.
