I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Fathers Corn Pudding

Fathers Corn Pudding

Time 60 minutes
Serves 6

Ingredients

2 cups corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, sliced
1 tsp vanilla

How to make it

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole.
In casserole, mix corn, flour & sugar.
Add milk, beaten eggs, and vanilla & stir well.
Place butter slices on top.
Stir two or three times during first 30 minutes.
Bake 60 minutes or until set, depends upon moisture content of the corn you use.
