I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Carrot-Raisin Salad

Carrot-Raisin Salad

1/2 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
2 cups grated carrot
1 (8 3/4 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Salad greens

Combine Sun-Maid Raisins, carrot and drained pineapple. Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
Serve on crisp salad greens.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
