I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Hoagie Crescent Bake

Hoagie Crescent Bake


2, 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 lb. salami
1/4 lb. sliced cooked ham
1/4 lb. pepperoni
8 slices Provolone cheese
8 slices Swiss cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
non stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9x13x2 inch baking dish with spray. Cover bottom of dish with 1 package crescent rolls, pressing to seal perforations. Layer salami, ham and pepperoni. Next layer Provolone cheese and Swiss cheese.Spread 1/2 of the beaten eggs over the cheese.

Top with second package of crescent rolls. It is not necessary to seal the perforations on this topper. Brush with remaining beaten eggs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Cover with foil, and bake for another 10 minutes.
