I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Twice-Baked Potato Casserole

Twice-Baked Potato Casserole

6 medium baking potatoes (2 1/2 to 3 lb), peeled, cut into fourths
1/2 cup milk, heated
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 1/2 cups finely shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)

Mix everything except the cheese and bake 350* until potatoes are tender.  Top with cheese and bake until melty.
