Bread
This is from the book "The Bread Machine Cookbook II" by Donna Rathmell German
4 & 1/2 TBLS water
3 eggs
6 TBLS butter
3/4 cup grated cheese (good choices are gruyere, swiss or sharp cheddar. I've always used cheddar)
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 & 1/4 cup bread flour
1 & 1/2 tsp yeast.
This makes a medium loaf.
