Corn Pudding (cleeb)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 1/2 cup milk

2 cans whole kernel corn -- drained
1/4 cup flour1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 1/2 cup milk
Combine corn, sugar, flour, salt and
pepper. Stir in eggs and butter. Add milk, mix well. Pour into a greased 2
quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until light brown on
top and set.
