I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Creamed Corn Casserole

Creamed Corn Casserole

Serves 6

2 @ 17 oz. creamed corn
1 cup Minute Rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Mix well.

Pour into greased 9" square dish.

Bake ~25 minutes @ 375'

OR

Cover with plastic and cook 15 minutes on high in microwave.
