Almond-Butter Fruit Dip
In a bowl, mix together:
plain full-fat yogurt
honey to sweeten
almond butter (or natural peanut butter)
vanilla extract
Serve with fruit for dipping. Apple slices are great, but remember to toss them with a bit of citrus juice so they don't brown. Strawberries are also a good pairing, as are pear slices, or even cherries.
