MEXICAN COLE SLAW
2 oz. American cheese, sliced
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
12 oz. can Mexican (corn with red peppers), drained
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 tbsps. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsps. vinegar
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sliced green onion 2 oz. American cheese, sliced
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
12 oz. can Mexican (corn with red peppers), drained
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 tbsps. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsps. vinegar
Combine cabbage, onion, cheese, olives
and corn. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Add
cabbage mixture. Toss to evenly coat. Cover and refrigerate.
