I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Mushroom Caps Stuffed with Spinach

Mushroom Caps Stuffed with Spinach

1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
24 large mushrooms, washed with stems removed
1 T. bread crumbs
salt & pepper to taste
6-8 slices bacon, quartered
4 T. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Cook spinach according to pkg. directions and pat dry. Puree in a
blender. Mix together pureed spinach, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs,
salt & pepper. Stuff mushrooms with spinach mixture, top with bacon
quarters. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until bacon is
crispy.
