Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Casserole
16 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli
½ stick butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. crushed Cheese Nips
Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. Add broccoli, soup, ham, and Cheese Whiz. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly and thickened, stirring frequently. Stir in rice. Blend well. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
