I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Squash Casserole

Squash Casserole

2 pounds yellow squash -- cooked and drained
2 small carrot -- grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion -- chopped
1 stick margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 package herb stuffing mix

Combine ingredients together. Reserve 1/4 stuffing mix. Blend well. Mix reserved stuffing with a little melted butter then sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
