Cherry-O-Cream Cheese Pie
1 graham cracker crust
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
21 oz. can cherry pie filling (or blueberry), chilled
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and stir until well mixed. Blend in lemon juice and vanilla. Turn into crust. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Garnish with chilled pie filling.
