No-Peek Beef Stew
2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4.5 oz) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup dry red wine
Place beef stew meat, French onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms and dr red wine into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
