Cincinnati Chili
Makes 6 servings
1 pound grd beef
1 c chopped onion
2 T chili powder
1 t cinnamon, ground
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t allspice, ground
2 t sugar
1/2 t salt
15 oz. can tomato sauce
15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
2 c water
Garnish -- shredded cheese, and chopped onions
Brown ground beef & onion; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve chili over cooked spaghetti. Garnish with cheese, and onions.
