I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Salmon Puffs

Salmon Puffs


1 can salmon bones removed
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients in order listed. Drop by tablespoonfuls in to hot, deep fat: fry until golden brown. Drain.

Makes 6 servings.
