Reuben Dip
10 ounces corned beef -- finely chopped
16 ounces sauerkraut (canned) -- drained and chopped
1 cup Thousand island salad dressing
8 ounces Swiss cheese -- shredded
Mix all ingredients. Bake in 1 1/2 to 2 quart dish at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with rye chips.
