I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Herbed Corn on the Cob

Herbed Corn on the Cob
4 medium ears corn
2 tablespoons margarine
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried chevril
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme

Into large pot of boiling water, cook corn 5 minutes until tender.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. In microwave, cook on HI until butter is melted (1-1 1/2 minutes).

Serve corn brushed with herb butter.
