SPAM BROCCOLI PECAN SALAD

1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cut in-strips (12 oz)
3/4 lb Broccoli, broken into-flowerets, blanched
1/4 lb Cheddar cheese, cut in-matchstick- size
1/2 c Thinly sliced radishes
1/4 c White wine vinegar
3 tb Olive oil
2 tb Sugar
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 t Dry mustard
1/4 c Toasted pecans
In skillet, saute SPAM over medium heat until lightly browned. In large bowl, combine broccoli, SPAM, cheese, and radishes. In small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, and dry mustard. Toss dressing with SPAM mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour. Before serving, stir in toasted pecans.
