I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

BAKED MUSHROOM RICE

BAKED MUSHROOM RICE

1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted
1 cup long-grain white rice -- uncooked
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed chicken broth -- undiluted
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed onion soup -- undiluted
2 1/2 ounces sliced mushrooms -- jarred, drained

Combine all ingredients in an ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Yield: 4 servings.
