Cook-Off Barbecue Sauce Recipe

* Prep/Total Time: 20 min.
Ingredients
* 2/3 cup ketchup
* 1 medium pepperoncini, finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
* 1 tablespoon lime juice
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 1 teaspoon honey
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions
* In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients; heat through. Serve with chicken or pork. Yield: 1 cup.
Editor's Note: Look for pepperoncinis (pickled peppers) in the pickle and olive section of your grocery store.
