Brocciflower Casserole
2 c cooked rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 lg. package frozen cauliflower, partially cooked
1 lg. package frozen broccoli, partially cooked
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c diced celery
1 stick (1/2 c margarine/butter)
Saute the onion and celery in the butter. Combine with balance of ingredients. Bake, covered, 45 to 60 minutes @ 350*.
