Open Face Hamburgers
10 French rolls
2 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can sliced olives (15 oz)
1 can (30 oz.) marinara sauce
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Slice lengthwise and butter French rolls.
Mix remaining ingredients together in large bowl.
Spread with knife on buttered roll, a heaping portion on each.
Place under broiler (lower than usual) for 20 minutes or in a 500 oven to bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 10
