TUNA SALSA PIE
Makes 6-8 Servings
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
1 can (12 oz.) Solid White Tuna, drained and flaked
1 green onion, sliced
2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag tortilla chips
Spread softened cream cheese in 9-inch pie plate.
Top with salsa, then tuna.
Sprinkle with green onion and cheese.
Either chill and serve cold or microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
