I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Crockpot Meatballs #2


2 pounds ground beef

1 pound Italian sausage

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1 can fried onions -- 2.8 oz

2 eggs

1 package onion soup mix -- 1 oz.

1 cup Parmesan cheese

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese


Mix first 8 ingredients together. Form into Balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until firm, about 20 minutes. Place meatballs in crockpot. Top with soup and cheese. Cook on Low 6 hours.
