I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Tuna and Cannellini Bean Salad

Tuna and Cannellini Bean Salad
 
1 can (7 oz.) premium canned tuna, drained
¾ cup red onion, thinly sliced crosswise
1 can (15.5 oz.) BUSH’S BEST Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
Salt and pepper to taste
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
 
Serves 6
 
Pour tuna into bowl and break up with fork.
 
Stir in onion and beans.  Season with salt and pepper.
 
Toss thoroughly with olive oil and vinegar.  Serve at room temperature.
