Swiss Burgers
Serving: 6
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese (about 3 oz.)
1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, heated and drained
1/3 cup Thousand Island Dressing
DIRECTIONS:
Shape ground beef into 6 patties. Grill or broil until done.
Top evenly with cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing. Serve, if desired, with rye or pita bread.
