Sausage Breakfast Casserole
8 slices white bread, cut in cubes
1 pound bulk pork sausage, crumbled and cooked
1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
10 large eggs
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons dry mustard
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish.
Place bread in prepared dish. Top with sausage and cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture.
Cook until center is puffed and set. Cut into squares
