Maple Nut Carrot Salad
3 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup raisins2 cups chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup maple syrup
In large bowl, combine carrot, raisin,
celery and pecans. In small bowl
combine mayonnaise and syrup. Add to
carrot mixture and mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate till ready to serve.
