I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Apricot Pork Medallions

Apricot Pork Medallions

1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced in 1-inch slices
1 table butter
1 teas butter
1/2 cup apricot jam
2 sliced green onions
1/4 teas dried mustard
1 table cider vinegar

Flatten tenderloin pieces. Melt 1 table butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet; sauté pork about 2 minutes on each side; remove pork from pan. Add 1 teas butter, jam, onion, mustard and vinegar to pan. Cover and simmer 3-4 minutes. Add pork and heat through.
