Asian Chicken Tenders
1 lb boneless skinless chicken, sliced into thin strips (tenders)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 small can bamboo shoots
3 celery stalks, diced
3 carrots, diced
1 medium onion, diced
6 oz. snow pea pods
1 tsp. ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Place vegetables, ginger, and garlic in the skillet and saute until tender. Place chicken in skillet and brown on both sides until chicken is thoroughly cooked and juices run clear.
