Crockpot Old Mexico Chili
1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 6 ounce can tomato paste
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Tabasco or hot sauce
Place all ingredients in crockpot.
Mix well and cover.
Cook 8 to 10 hours on low or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Serves 4.
