I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Garlic Parmesan Potatoes


Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
2 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 garlic cloves, smashed
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake for 35 minutes. Then sprinkle parmesan cheese over potatoes and bake for 5 more minutes so cheese can melt and potatoes can get golden brown.
