I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Tomato & Dill Soup


Tomato Dill Soup


2 Onions, minced
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp Olive oil
4 cup Chopped plum tomatoes
1 cup Diced sweet red peppers
1/4 cup Diced celery
2 Tbs Chopped green chilies
2 cup Stock
2 tsp Fresh dill, chopped
2 Tbs Chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1/4 tsp Cumin

1. Combine all ingredients except dill, cilantro, cumin, cayenne & salt.
Bring to a boil & simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, then puree. Stir in remaining ingredients with some salt & pepper. Serve warmed or chilled.
