Broccoli Cheese Soup
3/4 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons margarine
6 cups chicken broth
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. fine noodles
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli
6 cups milk
8 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
Sauté onions in margarine. Add broth and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until noodles are almost done. Add broccoli and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add milk and Velveeta cheese. Enjoy!
